Business Visa
- Original invitation letter from sponsoring company, stating the duration and the purpose of the visit.
- Original Letter from employer in the UK confirming the purpose of visit in relation to the business.
Medical Visa
Original letter from Hospital / doctor, confirming dates and purpose of visit.
FOR MINOR
1. Birth Certificate. Original, showing both the parents names.
2. Consent letter. Must be addressed to the High Commission of India, London or respective consulates signed by both the parents
3. Parent’s passports. Scanned copies must be sent along with copy of their current Indian Visa, if already holding
one. If parents are Indian citizens, copy of the resident status in the UK would be required.
4. In case of Divorce. Must include Child Custody Letter from court.
5. In case of Single Parent. Must include solicitor’s Letter and Child Benefit letter.
6. Declaration. Both parents must sign the application form.
